Carpets

 Your carpets may appear relatively clean. However,they are a favourable breeding ground for micro-organisms, bacteria, and germs. In their fibres, carpets retain pollen and animal hair that can cause allergies. Regular cleaning will prolong the freshness and life of your carpets. Regular vacuuming is recommended to prevent the accumulation of dirt, often noticed in high-traffic areas. Have your carpets cleaned with our Soil Extraction System every 12-18 months. Between 80% and 85% of the water injected into your carpets will be removed with our very powerful vacuum and they will dry within five hours. Rotate large area rugs and rearrange furniture when possible to allow even wear and create varying traffic patterns .  In the event that Chinese and Persian rugs cannot be cleaned on your premises, they are brought to our plant for a deep cleaning and returned in about a week.

Furniture
|
 Upholstered furniture constitutes a favorable breeding ground for micro-organisms, bacteria and germs, and must be cared for in a manner similar to carpets. Depending on the type of material of your upholstered furniture (eg cottons,velours, synthetics...), different specialty products are used. We use our Soil Extraction System that allows your furniture to dry within approximatly 4 hours. We also specialize in the cleaning of leather furniture. The process is accomplished in two steps: (i) eliminating dust, marks and grease and (ii) conditioning. This is recommanded every three years to maintain your leather,to keep it soft and moist to avoid cracking.
